Honestly? I suspect not much then have a breakdown.
The problem is that even with the best of intentions the entire system is so janky at this point that major change is not really possible unless there is an immediate and visible crisis that unifies cross party intent and even then the follow through will be minimal.
Assuming I could get it passed though, I would abandon first-past-the-post voting in favour of a more representative single-transferable-vote system, massively strengthen anti-corruption laws and require cabinet ministers to hold at least 20 years working industry experience in the field they are representing. That way at least I would leave things fairer when I am rightfully voted out for failing to meet my own criteria.
