Rules update

I’m introducing a new rule for my Tumblr now it has been running a while:

10) I am not a helpdesk for Rusty Quill. If you are having technical issues, personal logistics questions, complaints or similar you need to direct them to official company channels, ideally via email to mail@rustyquill.com. Moving forward I am going to have to ignore these asks on principal due to them drowning out other asks.

If you have previously asked something that falls in this category please don’t feel bad, you weren’t to know but there’s been enough volume and repetition that I need to make a course correct.
