I don't know why, but despite being a born and raised staunch atheist, I have a thing for religious worship and devotion turned horrific. Like the primal love the avatars of tma feel for the fears they serve to the terrible beauty and awe the characters of tsv feel for the wild gods and said gods' destructive love in return, to Father Paul unleashing a vampire epidemic in his hometown due to believing he was blessed by an angel.
I don't know why.
It just fills my heart.
