How do you play a Harry Potter RPG game? Is it homebrew or do you play one that already existed? Or just adapt other tabletop games like dnd/pathfinder?
Hey there! Good question. We played with a homebrew adaptation of Chaosium, which is the TTRPG based on a table of skills and percentile dices. Call of Cthulhu is a good example of Chaosium.
But you could choose any sort of tabletop base honestly. It mostly depends on what you want to put the accent on. For us, it was the roleplay and story so that’s why we didn’t pick a DnD or Pathfinder approach.
Our fights are more narrative and we have more chases and diverse action based moments.
I can’t stop listening to this song lately! Might do some sketches based on it. It fits so well with Alexis, the character I am playing in our homebrew HP RPG campaign.

Some really early ideas I have for an illustration. Was reading tides of war once more… I cried again when reading that specific moment when Jaina just break… In the aftermath when she uses fire and then the broken shard.
I want to illustrate the moment and so far this idea’s the one that sticks in my mind.
The pose might change, it’ll probably change even…
I have a few ideas for an illustration of Sylvanas and one for Tyrande too… but it’s all really early and it’ll take time to sketch and even draw at all.Damn these ladies are going through so much…
