As long as you are forthright with it and give credit, I am okay. Copying is part of the learning process in my opinion.

ANATOMY BOOKS :
- “Morpho” collection by Michel Lauricella - all of them are great and not expensive usually
- “Masters of Anatomy” - expensive but if you have the means it is worth it

YOUTUBE CHANNELS :
- @ModernDayJames - a lot of good content about a lot of things
-  @sinixdesign - painting mostly and really good advice
