ahh it’s hard to pick since i’ve been drawing for quite a while. as far as recent (let’s say, from 2023) stuff is concerned, i think my three favorites are the v-day shadowgast painting, the stay at home date picture, and the post t-dock illustration. i think i did a really good job on the colors and the rendering style in the first one (almost killed my wrist while working on it though if i remember correctly), and i’m really proud of how i did the environment, the way i worked with the values, and especially the storytelling aspect of the latter two. though the most important thing might be that i had tremendous amounts of fun while working on all three of them!

There is a hole in his sock.
He has been on the road for some days, hurrying as much as he can to escape the heavy clouds gathering in the mountains behind him. It isn’t quite cold enough yet for snow, but even just getting soaked by rain can mean certain death with the current temperatures at night.
So, he is trying to get to the next village. (It’s risky.) Being a bit closer to some kind of civilisation can’t hurt that much. (He could find you, be careful.)
Your recent Caleb art saved my current sewing project. I learned about darning years ago, but had forgotten about it until the art, and needed it today when a sewing project had a catastrophic failure. Thank you. You saved me probably eight hours of redoing my work, with twenty minutes of darning.

if you were following me on the bird site about a year ago you probably saw me ramble about my headcanon that drow have dark purple/black blood, and i love that hc so much that i always wanted to incorporate it into my art somehow. and well. naturally you gotta do that by turning towards some trusted wizard tropes (read: hand kink) and letting Essek show some tongue
this baby was posted as a sketch on my boosty last summer and i coyly said then that ‘we’ll see if i’ll be able to finish it in a month or seven tee hee’. and you know what? i have, and i’m proud of myself. i hope you enjoy
