i’ve noticed that some of my shadowgast pictures (both posted and not) are the drawing equivalent of an m-rated fic: there is a metaphorical and very tasteful fade-to-black, but me and the lads know what’s up. anyway, enjoy
for the people who are interested in my process! i accidentally overwrote the pic of the flat color stage, it’s much more rough than what you can see in the second progress shot
+ some rough color studies i did before i started working on the rendering in earnest, i do these for almost every full-render picture actually. this piece was almost the third version but i didn’t like where it was going. will probably recycle that color palette in some other pic
