to be honest my ToS has been acquired with experience! i’ve been doing commissions for a decade (woof can’t believe i’ve just typed that, time flies), so with each batch i’ve learned what kind of frequent questions and concerns people might have, what issues might arise that can be addressed in advance, and how to make the whole process as streamlined as possible. i still update my ToS at least once a year as i figure out how to make it easier to understand without sacrificing important information. it’s a work in progress! but having a detailed ToS has definitely made my job easier, and i hope makes my clients (especially first time commissioners) feel more at ease by letting them know what to expect : )
