I'm in love with the texture in your art style 😍 is there something special you do to not over blend or smoothen stuff out?
thank you!! honestly what i do is just use a brush with the blending setting adjusted to pretty low, so i do the blending by picking transition colors/gradients myself and sculpting the shapes with brushstrokes, rather than by letting the brush blend in the nearby colors. the latter is a totally valid technique though and works great for digital watercolors for example! all depends on what kind of effect you want to achieve.

the answer to that is possibly! i’ve written some stuff about my process under the #zmeess art advice tag (some things are less current there), i’ve done a couple of speedpaints, and a short tutorial or two (the only one that i remember atm is a tip on drawing pointed ears). i’ve actually wanted to do a short tutorial on drawing collarbones for a real long time. right now i’m a bit busy with work & health stuff though, but fingers crossed i will have some time for tutorials in the nearest future!
