I’ve been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard
Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.
Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.
Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.
Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.
SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.
SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.
Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.
Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of “how to draw” videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can’t make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.
Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.
Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.
Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here’s a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

I realize I have grown skittish with my own sketches, so while I am fending off a migraine and am too distracted to second-guess it, here are some recent DnD sketches of my very transmasc very masc-lovin aasimar and the fellas he’s been gender-enviously oggling at for 8+ sessions.
The cringy man with the pencil mustache is his husband-to-be, so we winning.

Latest DnD accident: Pulled a fellow NPC I was trying to sus out into a shadow/ethereal realm accidentally by taking his hand. Whoops.
Used this as an excuse to make something more refined and also just… toy around with shading a bit more

The tiger is actually not one, but based on a fishing cat, though I can see how the very broad face can be a bit confusing!
Otherwise I have also drawn the fox with an actual tiger fella, but he is not the one featured in the animation. <:
The cat, lovingly going by the name of Vodnik, belongs to my friend, as far as I understand (given his backstory is partly kept secret from me) he is a retired pirate, now fisher, whose a bit grumpy toward the world and wizards (Because they are elitist?). Additionally big ol’ communist, tho the pirate part may have already suggested that.

The fox, named Mishka, is my lil thief, accursed fey of sorts who eats shiny things, because she has some form of pocket dimension in her gullet. The DM very charitably granted me this infinite vault, knowing that my character would never let go of a single object that goes into it, so at this point they could have a dragons treasure in there and still refuse to spare a single copper coin. If its shiny, it goes down the hatch.
The two met up in the wilderness, because she wanted to eat the scales off of the fish that Vodnik caught.
Because Mishka is so short, she was originally mistaken as a lost child, but no, she is just an adult discount fey in her late 20s that will crawl on all fours and chew on toxic metals with no second thought behind it, because her brain is made for consumption, not for the laws of nature.
Vodnik remains as grumpy as ever, but has seemingly grown somewhat empathetic toward Mishka, supporting her little “fill the void with tiny shiny things” without quite knowing the full extent of it. He’s been a big Mishka apologist.
She would eat the stars if nobody stopped her, she got huge klepto itches for anything reflective enough to catch her attention.

Grabbed this design of mine from… err… 2022 now? Gosh its been a while - I just checked as I was writing this.
But yeah I grabbed this design to prep a proper refsheet for, took some older pieces, fixed them up a lil bit and drafted up some more lil visuals.
Its been a bit since I’ve done a non-dnd refsheet that wasn’t adoptable related.
