Honestly, Hem isn’t a very druidic druid he likes being a druid because heeeee likes that unlike humanoids animals kill each other and that’s just a natural part of life so he’s like 8) i want me some of that.
Hem also kinda partakes in lil itty bit of cannibalism as a treat so probably when Astartion kisses him he gets a nice extra taste of blood but i do like the idea him having a nice little cup of herbal tea now and again, nice little green tea bloodied kisses.

Astarion was saying he was having trouble sleeping and Hem offered to make him tea. Hem makes people tea if they can’t sleep it’s canon
