How do you name your OCs?

Sometimes my oc will tell me and sometimes i look threw baby names and names that mean the general vibe im going for

It really depends on the oc literally some just walk in like “whats up heres my name, heres my design and ill take a seat here” while others i look at for ages like whats your name? What do you look like?? And theyre just standing there like 👁👄👁
